Nudzie is a little pixel buddy that lives in the corner of your screen and pops out of a speech bubble to nudge you with a friendly reminder for meetings, breaks, water, habits, or anything you set. Accept or snooze, and off they walk.
Free · macOS & Windows · No account needed · see it move ↓
Set it up once. Then forget it - the buddy shows up on its own.
Paste any iCal / .ics link, or sign in to Google or Apple iCloud - read-only, on your machine. Or skip it and just set an interval.
Pick your character, write the message, choose a sound. Or leave Buddy exactly as they are.
Right on time, your buddy walks in, holds up the reminder, and waits. Accept, or snooze for later.
A grey toast is easy to miss. A whole character walking across your screen is not.
A grey toast slides in behind your fullscreen call, sits for three seconds, and vanishes. By the time you glance over, it's already gone - and so is the meeting.
Your buddy walks across the screen, holds up a reminder, and stays put until you accept or snooze. Impossible to scroll past. Impossible to miss.
Choose the same options as the app: character, bubble theme, message font, message and sound. Pro options are marked; try them here before buying.
Want your own buddy? Tap Upload yours and add an idle + action image to see it here.
Floats above every app, then walks off. It never blocks a click - your menu bar or system tray is the only footprint.
Meetings from Google, iCloud, or any .ics link. Plus your own timers for water, breaks, and standups.
Your character, your words, your sound. Bring your own pixel art - the background gets removed right on your device.
No pop-up spam, no bouncing icons. Just the occasional buddy, right when it matters.
Start with the full reminder flow. Pay once only if you want deeper customization.

Nudzie reads your primary Google Calendar only to find upcoming events and show reminder nudges before meetings. Access is read-only, processed on your device, and Nudzie never edits calendar events or sends calendar data to a server.
Reminder and calendar data stays on your device. No telemetry or analytics. Calendar data stays in memory; only an encrypted sign-in token can be saved, and only with your permission. Pro purchases are handled by Dodo Payments.
macOS (Apple Silicon & Intel) and Windows 10/11 — the same buddy runs natively on Apple Silicon, Intel, and Windows.
On Mac, quit from the menu bar and drag the app to the Trash. On Windows, quit from the system tray and uninstall it the usual way from Settings → Apps. Reminder and calendar data is local to your computer. If you use Pro, deactivate your license before uninstalling when possible.
